Gemma started out in recruitment over 15 years ago when Jo gave her first job. Clearly seeing the potential, they are now Directors and joint owners of Pear Tree!

Gemma is the go-to for middle management and senior level appointments, as well as those quirky one-off roles with the job titles that no one really understands, and many of her candidates have gone on to become our clients.

She’s a mum-of-two and a bit of a kid herself when it comes to Halloween - her favourite time of year!
