Our client is looking for a passionate Trainer to join their friendly team!
If you have previous training experience and a passion for delivering engaging blended learning content, this could be the next challenge for you. As a Trainer, you will be delivering quality training on topics, including management development, soft skills, induction and onboarding.
Duties to include:
- Designing and delivering blended training content to meet the needs of all learning and communication preferences
- Aligning learning objectives to business needs
- Conducting regular training evaluations to ensure continuous improvement
- Managing own training schedules and conveying complex information in a concise manner
- Supporting line managers in inducting new colleagues, and delivering effective performance reviews, 1-1s, and PDPs
- Developing new training material to cover various industry topics and legislative updates
- Leading on various projects to improve training across the business
Required skills and experience:
- Experience in a training/L&D role
- Ability to engage diverse audiences across all levels
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
