Our client is a well-respected provider of estate administration that supports clients who have gone through a bereavement, and we are pleased to be recruiting for a Trainee Legal Coordinator to join their team!

As a Trainee, you will be provided with ongoing training to develop the skills and experience required to excel as an Estate Coordinator, responsible for supporting the Estate Managers in making the estate administration process as smooth and easy as possible.

Key duties include:

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls from clients, beneficiaries, and third parties
  • Setting up new estate files and reviewing all required legal documents
  • Drafting and reviewing correspondence
  • Completing file reviews at various stages of the estate administration process
  • Processing incoming funds, reconciling estate assets, and updating financial records
  • Producing accurate reports and managing budgets for each case

Required skills and experience:

  • This role would suit a law graduate looking for their first legal opportunity
  • Some previous office-based experience would be beneficial
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
  • A passion for customer service delivery
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to duties
