Temporary Data Entry Administrator

  • Office hours Monday to Friday

Our client is recruiting several organised Administrators to support their finance team with an increased workload. You will need to be comfortable dealing with high-volume administrative tasks and have exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.

The Role:

  • Completing general administration and data entry tasks
  • Accurately processing customer quotes in a timely manner
  • Assisting the finance team with pricing tasks
  • Conducting outbound calls to chase outstanding information
  • Updating internal forms, records, and databases
  • Working with the team to ensure tasks are completed within expected timeframes

The Person:

Training will be provided but the following skills and experience are required:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Administration experience is ideal
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Fantastic communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
