Temporary Customer Service Advisor

This is a unique opportunity to join one of Bristol’s leading employers! Our client is looking to welcome several Customer Service Advisors to their friendly team for an initial period of 12 weeks.

Training will be provided but the successful candidates will need to have strong customer service experience. Please note, our client will not be able to accommodate any holiday in the first two weeks of the assignment. This role is also office based and there is no opportunity for hybrid or remote working.

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with inbound calls and providing excellent customer support
  • Administering changes to customer details and agreements
  • Forwarding complex customer queries as appropriate
  • Liaising with internal departments and external parties as needed
  • Logging all correspondence and updating internal databases
  • Completing basic screening documents for customers

You will need to have exceptional verbal and written communication skills to be able to assist a diverse customer base. As mentioned, previous customer service experience is essential for this role.
