Our client is looking to recruit a few new Customer Administrators to assist with an increased workload. Our client prides themselves on offering tailored solutions to meet their individual customer’s needs, working with that customer to reach a common goal.
The Role:
- Completing general administration and data entry tasks
- Conducting outbound calls to chase outstanding information
- Dealing with inbound calls and assisting with general queries
- Updating internal forms, records, and databases
- Processing forms and applications in a timely manner
- Working with the team to ensure tasks are completed within expected timeframes
The Person:
Training will be provided but the following skills and experience are required:
- Previous customer service experience
- Comfortable speaking on the phone to internal and external personnel
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fantastic communication skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
