Duties will include:
- Managing complex and high-value cases, ensuring the delivery of technical activity
- Advising, guiding, and training others to ensure technical knowledge and capabilities are up to date
- Managing the administration and resolution of complex cases and referrals
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements at all times
- Assisting with strategic planning and development of technical capabilities
- Monitoring and reporting on technical activities and capabilities
- Identifying areas for improvement and driving efficiency and service improvements
Skills and experience required:
- Experience managing complex commercial underwriting cases and referrals
- Experience providing technical expertise in a regulatory environment
- Proven record of developing and coaching others
- Strong communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
- Experience building and managing effective stakeholder relationships
