Senior Client Services Administrator

This is an exciting time to join our client’s growing team as a Senior Client Services Administrator!

In this role, you will play an integral role in supporting the delivery of exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for dealing with a range of pension related client enquiries
  • Utilising knowledge of pension regulations and legislation
  • Ensuring the accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks
  • Dealing with inbound queries and requests from Financial Adviser firms
  • Processing new investments in a timely manner
  • Dealing with any issues or escalated queries
  • Acting as first point of contact for queries within the team
  • Identifying any risks and reporting on any incidents
  • Training new and existing team members
  • Ensuring compliance across the team with regulatory standards

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in pensions administration essential
  • Previous experience of working in the financial services sector
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience of SIPP/Drawdown, GIA, ISA, and Offshore Bonds is ideal
