In this role, you will play an integral role in supporting the delivery of exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for dealing with a range of pension related client enquiries
- Utilising knowledge of pension regulations and legislation
- Ensuring the accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks
- Dealing with inbound queries and requests from Financial Adviser firms
- Processing new investments in a timely manner
- Dealing with any issues or escalated queries
- Acting as first point of contact for queries within the team
- Identifying any risks and reporting on any incidents
- Training new and existing team members
- Ensuring compliance across the team with regulatory standards
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in pensions administration essential
- Previous experience of working in the financial services sector
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience of SIPP/Drawdown, GIA, ISA, and Offshore Bonds is ideal
