Scheduler

An exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service administrator to join a Facilities Management company in the city centre, working on their busy repairs and maintenance desk.

Your role will be to contact tenants and ascertain suitable times for repairs to be completed on their properties. You’ll then be booking this into the schedule for the team of engineers and technicians to go out and complete the work.

Daily responsibilities to include:

  • To assist with all day-to-day quotations administrative work in support of the FM departments SLA and goals set on contract.
  • Management of Subcontractors and their diaries, directly liaising with the clients to book in works and access.
  • Ensure all work orders are recorded accurately, allocated and processed in line with agreed service levels via our internal system
  • Meeting all client requirements set by the Account Managers & Head of Service Delivery.
  • Responding to enquires from our Clients, Account Managers and Engineers within set timescales
  • Clear communication within the team to encourage a collaborative environment
  • Achieving/exceeding all targets and objectives set by Head of Service Delivery.

Candidates must be hardworking, self-motivated and tenacious.

Experience of working with customers over the telephone is essential, as is previous experience of working within the social housing sector.

Hours of work are 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
