Resource Manager

You will be collaborating with a range of internal teams and personnel to meet business objectives and client needs.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Acting as a key contact for work allocation and resourcing
  • Engaging with partners and associates to understand client requirements and business needs
  • Responsible for work allocation, promoting appropriate staffing and alternative delivery options where necessary
  • Conducting regular one-to-one consultations with partners and associates
  • Updating, tracking, and monitoring capacity information weekly
  • Managing and improving work allocation tools
  • Tracking and analysing individual activity, identifying any discrepancies and escalating where appropriate
  • Enforcing the timesheet policy and coordinating absence
  • Assisting with the joiner/leaver/returner processes
  • Providing accurate management information, identifying trends, opportunities, and risk

Skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Strong experience in a similar resource management, work allocation, or planning role
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative and influential leader with the ability to develop junior team members
  • Strong IT skills including data analysis in Excel
