You will be collaborating with a range of internal teams and personnel to meet business objectives and client needs.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Acting as a key contact for work allocation and resourcing
- Engaging with partners and associates to understand client requirements and business needs
- Responsible for work allocation, promoting appropriate staffing and alternative delivery options where necessary
- Conducting regular one-to-one consultations with partners and associates
- Updating, tracking, and monitoring capacity information weekly
- Managing and improving work allocation tools
- Tracking and analysing individual activity, identifying any discrepancies and escalating where appropriate
- Enforcing the timesheet policy and coordinating absence
- Assisting with the joiner/leaver/returner processes
- Providing accurate management information, identifying trends, opportunities, and risk
Skills, experience, and qualifications:
- Strong experience in a similar resource management, work allocation, or planning role
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative and influential leader with the ability to develop junior team members
- Strong IT skills including data analysis in Excel
