Remediation Case Handler

We are excited to be recruiting for an award-winning company based in the heart of Bath!

As a Remediation Case Handler, you will work with your team to facilitate positive customer outcomes via a range of communication channels and support customers with their queries.

Daily duties to include:

  • Dealing with remediation calculations including requesting information from external parties
  • Reviewing and collating data to build full case files
  • Consistently working within strict time constraints
  • Identifying and reporting customer complaints in line with company policy
  • Investigating complaints and reaching a prompt and suitable resolution
  • Providing customers with updates as requested
  • Liaising with internal teams and customers via telephone, email, and letter

Required skills and experience:

  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Experience dealing with customer complaints within a financial services environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
