We are excited to be recruiting for an award-winning company based in the heart of Bath who are currently looking for Remediation Analyst to join their friendly team on a 12-month fixed term basis.
As a Remediation Analyst, you will work with your team to provide a range of Remediation support services to the Operations Team. You will act as a triage between the Operations Team and IT to resolve complex queries and implement change within the business.
Daily duties to include:
- Supporting internal and external parties with complex technical issues
- Completing remedial actions for identified Operational issues
- Identifying improvement opportunities and challenge inadequate processes
- Leading training sessions on technical subjects and delivering internal reporting
- Planning and implementing operational changes in line with legislation
- Supporting on queries regarding tools and systems
- Assisting with the resolution of business-critical issues to provide technical expertise
- Ensuring procedural documentation is up to date
Required skills and experience:
- Previous financial services experience is essential
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to process data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under own initiative
