In this role, you’ll be utilising your financial services skills to ensure exceptional service is delivered by the operational teams.
Daily duties to include:
- Processing high volumes of written instructions in a timely manner
- Working with the team to ensure a positive customer experience
- Supporting queries and requests from Financial Adviser firms
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Processing new investments according to instruction
- Providing high standards of administrative support

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in financial services is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
