Remediation Administrator

Join our client’s growing team as a Remediation Administrator!

In this role, you’ll be utilising your financial services skills to ensure exceptional service is delivered by the operational teams.

Daily duties to include:

  • Processing high volumes of written instructions in a timely manner
  • Working with the team to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Supporting queries and requests from Financial Adviser firms
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Processing new investments according to instruction
  • Providing high standards of administrative support

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in financial services is essential
