Do you have strong mortgage administration experience?

My client, a growing financial planning firm is recruiting for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join their team.  In addition to managing all administrative tasks on behalf of a Mortgage Adviser, you will work closely with the Client Services Manager sharing knowledge and ensuring the delivery of excellent client service across the team.     

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Mortgage Adviser to deliver excellent client service and acting as a point of contact for clients on their behalf
  • Processing mortgage applications in line with processes and procedures, collating documentation and submitting to lenders
  • Communicating with clients to request any missing documents and provide updates on their applications
  • Ensuring all mortgage applications meet regulatory standards
  • Managing workflow and maintaining back-office systems and client records throughout the application process
  • Assisting clients once the mortgage offer has been issued
  • Identifying risks and breaches
  • Monitoring processes and procedures and identifying areas for improvement
  • Assisting in developing processes and procedures to ensure streamlining and efficiencies are in place
  • Supporting the Client Services Manager in the delivery of excellent client service across the team

Due to the nature of this Mortgage Administrator role, previous experience in a similar role is required.  Please note, that a CeMAP qualification is not required as study support can be offered.
