Join our client’s friendly team as an HR Business Partner!

This is a brand-new role dedicated to supporting the logistics team; you will be working closely with management and employees to develop and implement effective HR strategies. This role would suit a proactive self-starter with previous HR experience (e.g. HR Advisor/Consultant/Business Partner).

Duties will include:

  • Providing high-level performance management guidance to line management
  • Conducting weekly meetings with respective business units
  • Consulting with line management and providing HR guidance as necessary
  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues
  • Working closely with management and employees to provide HR policy guidance
  • Leading and supporting change management initiatives
  • Analysing data and implementing improvements in processes and structure
  • Monitoring key HR metrics, providing insight and recommendations to business leaders
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Monthly travel to other branches will be required

Required skills and experience:

  • Strong previous HR experience
  • Knowledge of legal HR requirements and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable delivering consistent best practice service
