Our client is a leading provider of professional services, and they are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO, and in doing so maximise their efficiency and output on all business activities.
The role of Executive Assistant is varied and demanding, and no two days will be the same. While the successful applicant will be able to undertake their duties and responsibilities remotely, they will be expected to be in the Bristol office 2-3 days a week.

Daily duties and responsibilities to include:
- Complex diary management – scheduling meetings, internal and external with management and coordination of multiple stakeholders, often across various time zones
- Project management – overseeing and managing projects assigned by the CEO, coordinating teams and resources to achieve project goals, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Extensive travel coordination – maximising value of the trip and ensuring high level of efficiency and cost effectiveness, both international and domestic
- Multiple system use – utilising various software and tools to enhance productivity including project management software, CRM systems, and document management platforms
- Relationship management – Building and maintaining key client and EA relationships to enable more effective operations
- Board secretary duties – organising and coordinating board meetings, supporting the Chairman and other board members, maintaining records of board proceedings
- Administrative functions – handling highly confidential and sensitive information and supporting the planning and execution of company events/initiatives
The successful applicant should have:
- At least 5 years’ previous experience working in fast-paced corporate environments
- Used to providing EA support to C-suite/Board level stakeholders
- Evidence of successfully managing projects to support ongoing business improvement
- Experience in a similar role or the transferable skills required to ensure its successful undertaking
- Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication, administrative and prioritisation skills
- Highly resilient and adaptable with the confidence to challenge decisions
- Proven analytical experience and research abilities
