Customer Support Administrator

Our client is looking to recruit a couple new Customer Support Advisors to assist with an increased workload. Our client prides themselves on offering tailored solutions to meet their individual customer’s needs, working with that customer to reach a common goal.

The Role:

  • Providing high-quality administrative and process support
  • Adhering to all internal policies and procedures
  • Ensuring all commercial and productivity targets are met
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure customer needs are met
  • Ensuring tasks are completed accurately and to agreed SLAs
  • Identifying opportunities and driving improvements to simplify processes
  • Ensuring compliance training is completed on time, and completing documentation in a compliant fashion

The Person:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Fantastic communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
