Customer Service Operations Manager

In this role, you will manage and motivate a team of Sales Advisors and Team Managers. You will work closely with internal managers and colleagues to deliver first-class customer support.

The Role:

  • Managing both front and back-office processes
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional support and service
  • Motivating the team to increase enquiry conversion
  • Encouraging the team to provide tailored guest solutions
  • Supporting the Sales and Commercial teams in relationship-building activities
  • Offering suitable suggestions on ways to improve processes
  • Managing performance and delivering on all targets relating to revenue, sales, productivity, quality, and people
  • Regularly reviewing performance reports and metrics with higher management
  • Supporting the team with ongoing training and development
  • Managing the budget of the department within agreed targets
  • Recruiting and developing high calibre individuals
  • Ensuring high levels of accuracy throughout all customer service tasks

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 3 years management experience in a sales, reservations, or customer care environment
  • Experience of both front and back-office process management
  • Experience delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and motivation skills
