Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing 1st line support for a range of incoming calls, emails and webchat correspondence
  • Updating a variety of internal databases
  • Engaging with clients and delivering high-quality service
  • Investigating and resolving client queries
  • Maintaining strong colleague and client relationships
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience of working in a contact centre or call centre environment preferred
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within the financial services sector
  • Strong IT and organisational skills
