Working for a professional and friendly company in the heart of Keynsham, you’ll be part of a successful team. Working to deliver excellent service to business customers, you’ll bring with you a flair for dealing with people and a real drive for high standards.
Liaising with contacts from small to large businesses and across a range of sectors, you’ll be happy and confident over the phone. You’ll also have strong organisation and administration skills.
Daily duties will include:
- Working with colleagues to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Acting as intermediary between customers, suppliers, and the sales team
- Troubleshooting services delays or failures
- Accurately inputting data on internal platforms and systems
- Updating and amending service schedules through internal software
- Processing ad-hoc requests as required
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience in an administration position
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using ERP or CRMS is advantageous but not essential
