Working within the construction and facilities management sector, you will make up an essential role within our client’s compliance team.
You will be reporting into the Compliance Manager and will be responsible for looking after all works relating to planned maintenance and the remedials following them.
Daily responsibilities to include:
- Scheduling planned maintenance tasks for engineers
- Handling inbound calls from engineers and contractors and resolving any issues
- Raising purchase order numbers for contractors and engineers
- Booking in visits with sites
- Taking and reviewing certifications and raising remedials if required
- Ensuring planned maintenance and remedials are completed within SLAs
Required skills and experience:
- Experience of working within an office-based environment is required
- Friendly telephone manner with excellent attention to detail
- Strong understanding of IT systems and software
