Our client is a leading financial services provider, and they are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with clients and delivering high-quality service
  • Guiding clients through a range of queries through to resolution
  • Providing ongoing support to clients with more complex queries
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships
  • Liaising with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service experience ideally within financial services
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong IT and organisational skills
