As a Client Services Administrator, you’re responsible for:

  • Processing high volumes of written instructions received
  • Dealing with queries and requests from Financial Adviser firms
  • Processing new investments and dealing with related queries
  • Completing all related administrative duties
  • Offering knowledge and expertise to colleagues as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in financial services is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail
