As a Client Services Administrator, you’re responsible for:
- Processing high volumes of written instructions received
- Dealing with queries and requests from Financial Adviser firms
- Processing new investments and dealing with related queries
- Completing all related administrative duties
- Offering knowledge and expertise to colleagues as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in financial services is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail
