Join our client’s friendly learning and development team as a Claims Handler Trainer!
This role will give someone with experience in claims handling and a passion for mentoring the opportunity to join their Learning and Development team and train to become a trainer! Responsible for delivering training to the claims handling teams, this role will suit someone who is passionate about sharing their skills and knowledge with others, or someone looking to further their claims handling training experience.
Duties will include:
- Delivering training tailored to meet individual and team needs
- Conducting sessions through group and online workshops
- Training claims handlers to improve their skills and enhance their knowledge
- Creating engaging content to support the training of complex information and processes
- Receiving guidance and support as a new trainer

Required skills and experience:
- Claims experience at either handler or trainer level
